MEMORIES
Grandparents- Grandpa Robert Lewis Strudell- jovial, smoked cigars, nickname Kook. Grandma Cecelia Hrdlicka- was a natural platinum blonde, she remembered 1904 St Louis World's Fair, nursing home volunteer.
Parents- Dad Richard Louis Strudell- worked at Tower Grove Bank, Fridays 9AM- 8PM- That ruined weekends. Mom Wanda Magdaline (nee) Jones- WV native WWII shipyard worker.
Siblings-Cynthia Jeanean- Mother of Samantha Bendet- 17yo in August, Cindy was born 16mo after me. We were close growing up. She has been the light in my life since Dad passed away 24 May 2001.
Elementary School- Woodward- Fun. A classmate could walk around on his hands. My 7th grade teacher and his friend were murdered at home.
College- St Louis University, BA in English. I had to work hard to get a B avereage. The Jesuit priests were brilliant, dedicated.
CHILDREN
None yet. I would like to have one. People are having children later in life.
PROFESSION
Amateur nusician- composer.
